After MONTHS of waking up to find me sleeping on the floor, my husband insisted we buy a new mattress. I think he was mostly tired of me stealing the blankets every night. We belong to one of the big club stores and had been told by friends to search for a mattress there. But I didn't think that a massed produced bed would help me find my way back under the covers. So we headed to Custom Comfort. The salesperson asked all the right questions.

 

Was my current bed too hard or too soft? Like Goldilocks, I laid on each bed to test it out. When we discovered that the simplest bed in the showroom was "just right" for us, our sales person didn't try to talk us into a more expensive version. He didn't try to up sell us with more bells and whistles. He was simply excited that I wouldn't be sleeping on the floor anymore. The mattress and frame came to our house and was set up by quality men who were respectful and quick.

 

There was certainly no hassle involved. My husband still complains that I steal the covers, but now he just has to reach over to get them. And my floor is back to its original purpose, a lading zone for our children's toys."

My wife and I have been sleeping on a queen size Latex Comfort 2 bed for five months now and we love it! We have never had a more amazing bed. It is extremely comfortable, yet firm and solid. I've actually asked all of my friends to sit or lay on ours because I can't believe how superior it is.

Today we have choices, "the more, the better" seems to be the American way. However when it comes to mattresses I only have one choice – Custom Comfort. Over the last 15 years we have purchased 4-5 mattresses for the master bedroom, children’s rooms, guest room and even our RV. I love sleeping on a Custom Comfort bed! I've been on a Custom Comfort bed for about 5 1/2 years now, and it has been great! Every chance I get, I send my friends to Custom Comfort for anything mattress-related (even just questions/research if they're not quite ready for a new bed). Their salespeople are by far the most knowledgeable I've met, and they went way out of their way to answer my questions. Since their product is so much better than their competition's (yes, I'm sold on Custom Comfort!), the salespeople don't need to be pushy: they just lay out the facts, and let you decide on your own timetable. I've had several different Custom Comfort beds delivered to me, and the experience was remarkable. The delivery guys were efficient, careful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They showed up right on time, and they explained to me how I should care for my new mattress. The whole process was pleasant, and it took less than 15 minutes each time. I love my mattress so much that I brought 2 identical ones and took with me when I moved to Peru! It was well worth dealing with the cost and hassle of shipping and customs duties to get my mattresses here. I have one at my house in a jungle town, and another in a hut in the tiny, remote village where I work. Extreme? Maybe. But I realized that being comfortable for the 1/3 or so of my life that I spend in bed was worth the investment. In fact, my wife just reminded me this morning how much she LOVED our mattress. I've been more than satisfied with Custom Comfort's value, service, and product. You might call me a fanatic, but I'd say that I'm just another satisfied customer."

In 2006, I purchased a Custom Comfort Latex mattress from the Anaheim Hills store. I was helped by Maroun, who was extremely knowledgeable about mattress construction and helped me understand the differences between latex, spring and tempurpedic mattresses. After weighing the pros and cons and testing out the cushion, I settled on a latex mattress. The price was excellent, I also received a pillowtop and sheets/pillows. The mattress was delivered within 3 days and the entire process was friendly and smooth. I also greatly appreciated the sales service, which was not pushy, but instead very informative and educated. It has been a few years and my latex mattress still feels like brand new! I have compared it to many other types and it is by far, the most comfortable. The latex does not sag or droop and I rarely need to flip it over. I feel like I have received more than my money's worth. I plan to sleep on this mattress for many years to come. I don't remember the name of the mattress we have, but we loved it so much we got one for the condo and it shipped all the way to Maui. Our guests in Maui love this mattress so much that we get an average of at least one e-mail every other month asking where they can buy the same mattress. For our guests from So Cal it is easy, we just direct them to the nearest Custom Comfort store, but for out-of-state guests we give them the info and inform them that Custom Comfort does ship their mattress out-of-state. We have never followed up with out-of-state guests to see if they have bought one, but do know that several CA guests did indeed buy mattresses from CCM. We know of at least 4 of our repeat customers in Maui come back year after year and one of the main reasons they do so is because they get such comfortable sleep in our bed there, something they were not able to say about their previous experiences in Maui. Aside from the incredibly comfortable mattress, we found the entire experience of buying mattresses at CCM to be professional, they were here when they said they would be here, they took the old mattress and set up the new one in a flash. We were so impressed after the first mattress we bought, that we returned and bought Custom Comfort Mattresses for the rest of our bedrooms, now every room in the house has one, including the guest room. Frankly, I don't know why anyone would ever buy from any other mattress company, for the same price you get a real custom-made mattress, it is such a no brainer!"
