How important are the number of springs in a mattress?
Answer: The number of inner springs has little to do with the quality of your mattress. The number of inner springs, along with the gauge of the springs, primarily determines the softness or firmness of the mattress.

How far away do you deliver?
Answer: At Custom Comfort we're proud to say that we ship our mattresses everywhere in the world. Additionally, local delivery is included in our factory-direct purchase price.
Question:
What if I purchase a new mattress but after sleeping on it for a few nights, it doesn't feel comfortable? What can I do?
Answer: Believe it or not, at Custom Comfort many of our mattresses actually come with a comfort guarantee. We will come out, pick up your mattress, bring it back to our factory, adjust the comfort of the mattress to make it more soft or more firm, and then deliver it back to your home — all at no charge to you. Our comfort guarantee is limited to certain models. Ask your salesperson for details.
