Do you refurbish or take old mattresses and rebuild them?
Answer: Absolutely not! Legally we are only able to use brand new materials, inside and out. As a consumer, you should be aware that there are places that take old mattresses and recover them. This is very unsanitary and the mattress will not hold up. If the price is incredibly low or too good to be true, there must be a reason why.
Question:
Do I need a hard mattress to have support?
Answer: You don't necessarily need a hard mattress to have good support. Our bodies are not perfectly straight so you need some padding so your body can conform to the mattress. Most people buy beds too hard rather than too soft.
Question:
Who delivers your beds?
Answer: Our deliveries are done by us! We own all our trucks and the delivery personnel are Custom Comfort employees. Our delivery staff is clean, courteous, and (best of all!) on time.
Question:
How long should a mattress last?
Answer: Honestly, most mattresses will not last as long as the number of years listed on the warranty. The true answer is, it varies - the longevity of a mattress is determined by the quality of the upholstery above the coils.

Are you having a sale?
Answer: No, and neither is anyone else. Think about it. If a mattress store has a sale every week, then the sale price is actually their regular price.
