How are you able to build a better bed for less?
Answer: We build them ourselves in our factory located in Anaheim Hills, CA. and sell them directly to you. By cutting out the "middleman" we are able to save you money and deliver you a higher quality mattress.
Question:
What's included in the price of a Custom Comfort bed?
Answer: Our prices include the mattress, box spring, metal frame, local delivery and set-up (usually on the same day that you purchased the bed) and removal of your old bed.
Question:
Does your sales staff work on commission?
Answer: No. Rest assured nobody at CCMC will ever try to sell you a bed you either don't like or don't need. Our only goal is to help our customers get the best bed for at the best price.
Question:
Everyone seems to make mattresses that you don't have to flip. Do you make a "no flip" mattress?
Answer: Technically, you don't have to flip any of the mattresses we build. We build mattresses the same on both sides so that the consumer can maximize the life of the mattress by spinning and flipping it if they choose.
Question:
Do you have to buy a whole set or can you buy just a mattress?
Answer: Although our advertised prices include the box spring, mattress, frame & delivery, at CCMC you can get just what you need. Let us know what you need and we'll be happy to give you an accurate price.
